Crystal Mountain was conceived intuitively in 1990 with the thought
of bringing together the ideas by which it is possible to
promote healing through astrology


The word "healing" comes from the same root word as wholeness,
as well as the words happiness and holiness - and holi-days!
And at origin these words convey a similar meaning
Healing is to make whole, and to remember that we are already whole
in spite of whatever wounding we may have had in the past.
Healing is to make us a whole or as one and to restore the body, emotions, mind and spirit to a state of that oneness.


Everything in life that we do is motivated by this wish to become whole and happy,
although that motivation may be largely unconscious.
and therefore to return to that state of wholeness - or holiness


For many this wish to be happy is searched for by way of success in the material world.
Success in terms of material possessions.
Whilst this may contribute and for a while make life more comfortable, true happiness which is intrinsic to all our natures and is a place to which we instinctively seek to return,
- is an inner journey- more on the inside moving outwards and less from the outside moving inwards.


Astrology, - through the symbolism of the birth chart looks at that "inner journey" and shows
those qualities which we need to develop to form that wholeness


In life we are given many challenges or crises which may well be seen as opportunities to achieve
that wholeness, - challenges that we all encounter, and which we face symbolically
as a pathway up our individual mountain.


In walking that pathway of our mountain, we begin to attain an inner sense of wholeness, happiness - and that sense of unity. It is of course an inner pathway, for the mountain is in our mind and in our hearts. Astrology can light up our inner pathway, and thereby we may come to see the Spiritual connection within ourselves, as well as with each other, and connection with the plants and animals, and the good earth on which we all live.


Crystal Mountain was conceived in order to work for personal and planetary transformation
and with the wish of promoting the healing and happiness of others.

Jeremy Cooper

Jeremy Cooper M.Sc. has studied and worked with astrology since 1990.
He is a Swiss Diploma holder from the Astrological Psychological Institute (API-UK), and also has a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Northumbria.
At this time Jeremy is a student of the Interfaith Seminary and working towards Graduation and Ordination in the year 2004.

He is a registered teacher and tutor with the Astrological Psychological Institute (API UK),
Jeremy lives and works in Cumbria, between the sea and the mountains, and his home there reflects his deep feeling of a connection and a reverence for all of nature.
